The Pisco straight fitting is an unequal fitting that connects two connection ports, making it ideal for connecting hoses to pipes or pneumatic components. Connection 1 is a 12 mm push-in fitting, while Connection 2 is a R1/4 male threaded fitting with a Teflon coating. The fitting is constructed with a brass housing, polyoxymethylene (POM) connection material, and a NBR seal. It is suitable for a maximum pressure of 10 bar and a temperature range of 0 – 60 °C, and can withstand vacuum applications. Installation involves pushing the pneumatic tube against the release ring-end of the fitting until it is secured by the internal claw. Removal is done by pushing the release ring inward towards the fitting and pulling the tubing out. The Pisco straight fitting is compatible with Nylon, Polyethylene (PE), or Polyurethane (PU) tubing materials, and is available in the United Kingdom.
