This pneumatic needle valve, designed for clean-room packaging, offers precise air flow throttling and open/close control. It features a 10 mm push-in fitting on one end for seamless tubing connection and an R 3/8 inch male threaded port on the other. The push-in fitting securely grips the tubing using stainless steel claws, ensuring a leak-proof seal. Suitable for pressures ranging from -1 bar (-14.5 psi) to 9 bar (130.5 psi), this valve handles both vacuum and high-pressure applications. Its NBR seals tolerate temperatures between 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F), making it ideal for non-freezing environments. By rotating the needle, you can adjust the orifice size to control flow rate, locking it in place with the provided locknut. Turn the needle clockwise to decrease flow and counterclockwise to increase it. Start adjustments from fully closed to prevent sudden actuator movement.
