An elbow pneumatic needle valve designed for throttling and controlling the flow of air. Its push-in fitting on one end simplifies tubing connection, while the R 1/4 inch male threaded port on the other accommodates various piping configurations. Suitable for pressure ranges of 9 bar (130.5 psi) and vacuum applications down to -1 bar (-14.5 psi), the valve features NBR seals for use in temperatures between 0 and 60°C (32 and 140 °F). A rotatable needle adjusts the flow rate through the orifice, secured by a locknut. Rotate the needle clockwise to decrease flow, and counterclockwise to increase it. Begin adjustments from a fully closed position to prevent sudden actuator movements and avoid excessive torque during needle adjustments, as this could alter flow characteristics due to potential deformation of the resin valve seat.
