With a push-in fitting on one end and an R 3/8-inch male threaded port on the other, it seamlessly connects to tubing and offers effortless installation. The durable stainless steel claws securely hold the tube in place. With a maximum operating pressure of 9 bar (130.5 psi) and suitability for vacuum applications at -1 bar (-14.5 psi), it boasts versatility and resilience. NBR seals ensure compatibility within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F), eliminating freezing concerns. A rotatable needle adjusts the orifice size, defining the flow rate, which can be secured with a locknut. Turning the needle clockwise reduces the orifice size, while turning counterclockwise increases it. For optimal performance, begin flow rate adjustment from the fully closed state to prevent abrupt actuator movements. To maintain flow characteristics, avoid applying excessive torque when adjusting the needle, as it may deform the resin valve seat. This product is available in the United Kingdom.
