Pisco JNC8-01-C8mm - R1/8" Elbow Clean-Room Package Pneumatic Needle Valve

This pneumatic needle valve is ideal for controlling airflow throttling and open/close functions in clean-room environments. It features an 8 mm push-in fitting on one end and an R 1/8 inch male threaded port on the other. The push-in fitting provides an effortless connection to tubing, requiring only a simple push-in action to secure it with stainless steel claws. It supports a maximum operating pressure of 9 bar (130.5 psi) and is suitable for vacuum applications down to -1 bar (-14.5 psi). The valve utilizes NBR seals, allowing for operation within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F) and preventing freezing issues. To adjust the flow rate, simply rotate the needle to modify the orifice size, and secure it using the locknut. Turn the needle clockwise to reduce the flow rate and counterclockwise to increase it. Begin adjustments from a fully closed state to avoid sudden actuator movements. Avoid excessive torque when adjusting the needle, as it may impact the flow characteristics due to potential deformation of the resin valve seat.
