This clean-room packaging elbow pneumatic needle valve is designed for air flow throttling and open/close control. Featuring an 8 mm push-in fitting on one end and an R 1/4 inch male threaded port on the other, it connects easily to tubing via its push-in fitting's stainless steel claws. Operating effectively within a pressure range of -1 bar (-14.5 psi) to 9 bar (130.5 psi), this valve incorporates NBR seals compatible with temperatures between 0 and 60°C (32 to 140 °F). Flow rate adjustments are made using the rotatable needle, which should be turned clockwise to decrease and counterclockwise to increase orifice size. Please note that the product should be started in the fully closed state to prevent sudden actuator movements and that excessive torque should be avoided during adjustment to maintain flow characteristics.
