This pneumatic needle valve features a rotatable resin body for effortless air flow throttling and open/close control. It incorporates a 10 mm push-in fitting on one end for smooth tubing connection and a R 1/4 inch male threaded port on the other. The push-in fitting utilizes stainless steel claws to securely hold the tube in place. Operating pressure ranges from -1 bar (-14.5 psi) for vacuum applications to a maximum of 9 bar (130.5 psi). Suitable for temperatures between 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). The valve employs NBR seals and a rotatable needle for precise orifice size adjustment. Adjust the flow rate by turning the needle clockwise to reduce the orifice and counterclockwise to increase it, starting from a fully closed position to prevent sudden actuator movement. Avoid excessive torque when adjusting the needle to maintain optimal flow characteristics. Available in the United Kingdom.
