This pneumatic needle valve has a rotatable resin body for regulating airflow and opening/closing control. Its push-in fitting on one side allows easy tubing connection, while the R 3/8 inch male threaded port connects to other components. The valve can withstand up to 9 bar (130.5 psi) operating pressure and -1 bar (-14.5 psi) vacuum pressure. NBR seals ensure operation within 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F) temperature range. A rotatable needle adjusts orifice size, determining flow rate, and is secured by a locknut. Turn the needle clockwise to decrease and counterclockwise to increase orifice size. Adjust flow rate from fully closed to avoid sudden actuator movement and avoid excessive torque to prevent altering flow characteristics. This product is available in the United Kingdom.
