The Pisco pneumatic needle valve is a rotatable resin body device designed for precise air flow throttling and open/close control. It boasts a 6mm push-in fitting on one end, ensuring effortless connection with tubing, while the R 1/8 inch male threaded port on the other end provides secure attachment. This valve excels in both air pressure and vacuum applications, handling pressures up to 9 bar and -1 bar, respectively. Its NBR seals ensure optimal performance within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C. The rotatable needle allows for precise adjustment of the orifice size, dictating the flow rate, and is secured with a locknut. Turning the needle clockwise reduces the orifice, while counterclockwise increases it. Additionally, the valve's construction in the United Kingdom ensures its availability and compliance with regional standards.
