This pneumatic needle valve, available in the UK, features a rotatable resin body for precise air flow throttling and open/close control. One side of the valve is equipped with a rotatable 8 mm push-in fitting for seamless tubing connection, while the other side features a R 1/4 inch male threaded port. The push-in fitting securely holds the tubing thanks to its stainless steel claws. It operates at a maximum pressure of 9 bar (130.5 psi) and can handle vacuum applications up to -1 bar (-14.5 psi). The NBR seals allow for a temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F), excluding freezing conditions. Flow rate adjustments are made using a rotatable needle that alters the orifice size; fix the setting with the locknut. Rotate clockwise to reduce flow and counterclockwise to increase it. Begin adjustments with the valve fully closed to prevent abrupt actuator movements. Avoid using excessive torque when turning the needle to maintain optimal flow characteristics by avoiding potential deformation of the resin valve seat.
