Pisco JSC1-4-01AR1/8" - 1/4" Meter-Out Elbow Flow Control Valve

This multi-line flow control valve is a combination of a needle valve and an orifice check valve, providing one-directional adjustable control of air flow. The needle valve allows for flow rate adjustment, while the orifice check valve ensures unidirectional flow. It features a 1/4-inch push-in fitting and an R 1/8-inch male threaded port for easy connection. The flow is metered from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting port. Its NBR seals make it suitable for temperatures ranging from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). The adjustable orifice size is controlled by a rotatable needle secured by a locknut. Adjustments should begin from a fully closed state to prevent sudden actuator movement. Excessive torque should be avoided during adjustment to prevent deformation of the resin valve seat.
