This adjustable pneumatic flow control valve allows for precise airflow control in one direction. It combines a needle valve and orifice check valve, providing adjustable flow rate and ensuring unidirectional airflow. The "meter-in" configuration regulates airflow from the push-in fitting port to the male threaded port. It features a 1/4 inch push-in fitting for easy tubing connection and a 1/4 inch male threaded port on the opposite side. With an operating pressure range of 0.5 to 5 bar, it is suitable for applications within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C. NBR seals ensure its durability. A rotatable needle adjusts the orifice size and flow rate; a locknut secures the setting. To avoid sudden actuator movement, start adjustments from the fully closed state.
