Pisco JSC1-4-M5AM5 - 1/4" Meter-Out Elbow Flow Control Valve

This pneumatic flow control valve regulates air flow in one direction, combining a needle valve and orifice check valve. The needle valve allows flow adjustment, while the orifice check valve maintains unidirectional flow. It features a 1/4-inch push-in fitting and M5x0.8 male threaded port, simplifying tubing connection. The flow is metered from the threaded port to the push-in fitting. Operating with pressures from 1 to 9 bar (14.5 to 130.5 psi) and NBR seals, it functions in temperatures ranging from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). Adjustment is made using a rotatable needle and locknut, affecting the orifice size and flow rate. Tighten clockwise to reduce flow, counterclockwise to increase. Begin adjustments from a fully closed position to prevent sudden actuator movement. Excessive torque can alter flow characteristics due to potential deformation of the resin valve seat.
