Pisco JSC1-4-M5BK1/4" - M5 Meter-In Low Cracking Pressure Elbow Flow Control Valve

This pneumatic flow control valve is designed to precisely control airflow in one direction. Its unique combination of a needle valve and orifice check valve enables fine-tuning of flow rate while ensuring it only passes air in one direction. The meter-in configuration allows airflow control from the push-in fitting port to the male threaded port. Conveniently equipped with a 1/4-inch push-in fitting and an M5x0.8 male threaded port, it simplifies tube connections through stainless steel claws. This valve operates effectively within a pressure range of 0.5 to 5 bar (7.25 to 72.5 psi) and a temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F), making it suitable for various applications. To adjust the flow rate, simply rotate the needle to modify the orifice size, and secure it with a locknut. Clockwise rotation decreases the orifice size, while counterclockwise increases it. For optimal adjustment, start from the fully closed state and avoid excessive torque as it may alter flow characteristics due to the resin valve seat's sensitivity.
