This pneumatic flow control valve, available in the UK, is a hybrid of a needle valve and orifice check valve. It regulates air flow via a 1/8-inch push-in fitting and an M5x0.8 male threaded port. The push-in fitting simplifies tubing connections with its stainless steel claws. The valve operates in one direction only, precisely adjusting airflow from the male port to the push-in port. Its flow rate is controlled by a rotatable needle, which sets the orifice size. A locknut secures the needle's position. Adjust the needle clockwise to decrease the orifice and counterclockwise to enlarge it. Initiate flow rate adjustments from the closed state to prevent abrupt actuator movements. Avoid excessive torque when turning the needle, as it can alter flow characteristics by deforming the resin valve seat. NBR seals enable operation in temperatures ranging from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F), excluding freezing conditions.
