Pisco JSC1-8-M5AM5 - 1/8" Meter-Out Elbow Flow Control Valve

This meter-out elbow pneumatic flow control valve regulates the air flow in one direction. It combines a needle valve and an orifice check valve, allowing for flow rate adjustment and unidirectional flow control. The meter-out design restricts the flow from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting port. With a 1/8 inch push-in fitting and M5x0.8 male threaded port, it facilitates easy connection. Its operating pressure ranges from 1 to 9 bar, and its NBR seals withstand temperatures from 0 to 60°C. The adjustable orifice defines the flow rate, which can be controlled by a rotatable needle secured with a locknut. To prevent sudden actuator movement, start adjusting from the fully closed position. Avoid excessive torque when adjusting the needle to maintain flow characteristics.
