Pisco JSC1-8-M5B1/8" - M5 Meter-In Elbow Flow Control Valve

Pisco's meter-in elbow pneumatic flow control valve precisely regulates airflow in one direction, combining needle and orifice check valves. The needle valve adjusts flow rate, while the orifice check valve ensures unidirectional airflow. The meter-in design controls flow from the push-in fitting port to the male threaded port. It features a 1/8-inch push-in fitting on one side and an M5x0.8 male threaded port on the other, providing simple tubing connection. The rotatable needle adjusts the orifice size for flow rate control, secured with a locknut. Turn the needle clockwise to decrease or counterclockwise to increase flow. Start adjustments from the closed state to prevent actuator movement. Avoid excessive torque during adjustment to maintain valve seat integrity. NBR seals allow operation within 0-60°C (32-140 °F) temperatures, and the operating pressure ranges from 1-9 bar (14.5-130.5 psi). This valve is available for sale in the United Kingdom.
