This pneumatic flow control valve regulates airflow in one direction, combining a needle valve and orifice check valve. The needle valve adjusts flow rate, while the orifice check valve meters airflow in one direction only. It features a 1/8" push-in fitting on one end and an M5x0.8 male threaded port on the other, allowing easy tubing connection. Flow is metered from the push-in fitting port to the male threaded port. With an operating pressure range of 0.5 to 5 bar (7.25 to 72.5 psi) and NBR seals, it's suitable for applications within 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). A rotatable needle adjusts orifice size and flow rate, secured by a locknut. Turn clockwise to reduce flow and counterclockwise to increase it, starting from the fully closed position to prevent sudden actuator movement. Available in the United Kingdom, excessive torque should be avoided during adjustment to maintain flow characteristics.
