Pisco JSC3-M3B3mm - M3 Meter-In Elbow Flow Control Valve

This pneumatic flow control valve provides one-directional adjustable control for air flow. It combines a needle valve for flow rate adjustment and an orifice check valve for unidirectional flow. The meter-in configuration controls flow from the push-in fitting to the male threaded port, while the other way around applies to the meter-out configuration. Its 3 mm push-in fitting and M3x0.5 male threaded port simplify tubing connections. The valve operates within a pressure range of 1 to 9 bar and a temperature range of 0 to 60°C. To adjust the flow rate, use the rotatable needle and locknut. Turning the needle clockwise reduces the flow rate, while turning it counterclockwise increases it. Start from a fully closed state to avoid sudden actuator movement. Avoid excessive torque to prevent deformation of the resin valve seat and changes in flow characteristics.
