This versatile pneumatic flow control valve regulates air flow in one direction. It combines a needle valve for flow rate adjustment and an orifice check valve for unidirectional flow. The meter-in configuration controls flow from the push-in fitting to the male threaded port. It features a 3mm push-in fitting for easy tubing connection and a M3x0.5 male threaded port. Operating at pressures ranging from 0.5 to 5 bar, this valve withstands temperatures from 0 to 60°C. Adjustable NBR seals ensure optimal performance within this temperature range. To modify flow rate, simply rotate the needle using a locknut, clockwise to decrease and counterclockwise to increase the orifice size. Start adjustments from the closed state to prevent sudden actuator movements. Available in the United Kingdom, this valve requires careful handling to maintain its flow characteristics.
