This elbow pneumatic flow control valve, sold in the United Kingdom, combines a needle valve and an orifice check valve for unidirectional airflow control. It meters the flow from the M5x0.8 male threaded port to the 3 mm push-in fitting. The push-in fitting simplifies tubing connection by securing it with stainless steel claws. The needle valve adjusts the flow rate, with adjustments made by turning the rotatable needle clockwise to decrease or counterclockwise to increase the orifice size. The NBR seals withstand temperatures from 0 to 60°C, and the operating pressure ranges from 0.5 to 5 bar. To prevent sudden actuator movement, adjustments should begin with the valve fully closed. Excessive tightening of the needle valve should be avoided to preserve optimal flow characteristics.
