This pneumatic flow control valve, available in the United Kingdom, features a meter-out configuration, enabling adjustable one-directional air flow control. Combining a needle valve and orifice check valve, it allows for flow rate adjustment while ensuring unidirectional flow. The 4 mm push-in fitting and M3x0.5 male threaded port provide ease of connection. Its operating pressure range of 0.5 to 5 bar and NBR seals suit applications in temperatures between 0 and 60°C. The rotatable needle and locknut enable precise flow rate adjustment, while the gradual opening from fully closed prevents actuator jolts. Avoid excessive torque during adjustment to maintain the valve's flow characteristics.
