This pneumatic flow control valve regulates air flow in one direction. It combines a needle valve for flow rate adjustment and an orifice check valve for unidirectional flow control. The meter-out design controls flow from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting port. The valve's 4 mm push-in fitting simplifies tubing connection, securing it with stainless steel claws. The operating pressure range is 0.5 to 5 bar (7.25 to 72.5 psi), and it operates within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). The flow rate is adjustable via a rotatable needle, which defines the orifice size. The needle should be adjusted gradually to avoid sudden actuator movements and excessive torque to prevent deformation of the resin valve seat. This product is available in the United Kingdom.
