Pisco JSC4-M5B4mm - M5 Meter-In Elbow Flow Control Valve

This meter-in elbow pneumatic flow control valve regulates air flow in one direction only, combining a needle valve for flow rate adjustment and an orifice check valve for ensuring unidirectional flow. The meter-in configuration controls flow from the push-in fitting port to the male threaded port. Its 4 mm push-in fitting simplifies tubing connections, while the M5x0.8 male threaded port provides a secure connection on the opposite side. The operating pressure range of 1 to 9 bar (14.5 to 130.5 psi) and NBR seals allow use in temperatures from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). Flow rate adjustment is achieved via a rotatable needle, secured with a locknut, which changes the orifice size. Adjust the needle clockwise to reduce flow and counterclockwise to increase it, starting from a fully closed state. Excessive torque should be avoided to prevent damage to the valve seat.
