This pneumatic flow control valve precisely manages air flow in one direction. It combines a needle valve for flow rate adjustment and an orifice check valve for unidirectional flow control. The meter-out design allows controlled flow from the male threaded port to the 5/16" push-in fitting, which simplifies tubing connections. Featuring a wide operating pressure range (0.5-5 bar) and NBR seals, it's suitable for temperatures from 32 to 140°F. Adjust the orifice size using a rotatable needle, secured by a locknut. Start from a fully closed state to prevent abrupt actuator movements and avoid excessive torque to maintain flow characteristics.
