This pneumatic flow control valve precisely regulates airflow unidirectionally, combining a needle valve and an orifice check valve. Its needle valve allows for adjustable flow rates, while the check valve ensures one-directional airflow. Designed in a meter-out configuration, it controls flow from the male threaded port to the 5/16 inch push-in fitting, providing a secure connection with tubing. Easy installation is achieved by simply inserting the tube into the fitting. With an operating pressure range of 0.5 to 5 bar and NBR seals, this valve is suitable for temperatures between 0 to 60°C. Adjustments to flow rate are made by rotating the needle, tightening with a locknut, and turning clockwise to reduce or counterclockwise to increase orifice size.
