This pneumatic flow control valve enables precise, unidirectional airflow regulation. It incorporates a needle valve for flow rate adjustment and an orifice check valve for one-way flow control. The "meter-out" configuration allows flow control from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting port. It features a 6 mm push-in fitting and an R 1/8 inch male threaded port, offering simple tubing connections. The valve operates within a pressure range of 0.5 to 5 bar (7.25 to 72.5 psi) and a temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). Its NBR seals ensure suitability for non-freezing applications. Flow adjustment is achieved by rotating the needle and locking it with a locknut. Turning the needle clockwise reduces flow, while counterclockwise increases it. To avoid sudden actuator movements, adjust the flow rate gradually from the fully closed position. Excessive torque should be avoided to prevent deformation of the resin valve seat, which could alter flow characteristics. This valve is available in the United Kingdom.
