This pneumatic flow control valve regulates air flow in one direction, adjusting its rate via a needle valve and ensuring unidirectional flow with an orifice check valve. Its meter-in configuration controls flow from the push-in fitting port to the male threaded port. Featuring an 8 mm push-in fitting and an R 1/8 inch male threaded port, the valve connects tubing effortlessly. Its operating pressure ranges from 0.5 to 5 bar (7.25 to 72.5 psi), while NBR seals allow for use in temperatures from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). The flow rate is adjusted using a rotatable needle that alters the orifice size and is secured with a locknut. To adjust the flow, start with the valve fully closed and turn the needle clockwise to decrease or counterclockwise to increase the orifice size, avoiding excessive torque to prevent deformation of the valve seat.
