This pneumatic flow control valve is designed for one-directional air flow adjustment. It combines a needle valve and an orifice check valve, enabling flow rate regulation and unidirectional metering. The meter-in configuration controls flow from the push-in fitting to the male threaded port. Its 8 mm push-in fitting facilitates tubing connection, securing it with stainless steel claws. The operating pressure ranges from 0.5 to 5 bar (7.25 to 72.5 psi). NBR seals allow for use within temperatures from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). Flow rate adjustment is achieved using a rotatable needle and locknut. Turning the needle clockwise reduces the orifice size, while counterclockwise increases it. For optimal operation, adjust flow rate starting from a closed state and avoid excessive torque, which could alter flow characteristics. This valve is available for purchase in the United Kingdom.
