This universal pneumatic flow control valve allows one-directional adjustment of air flow through a combination of a needle valve and an orifice check valve. The needle valve enables precise flow rate adjustments, while the orifice check valve ensures unidirectional air flow. It features a 4 mm push-in fitting for simple and secure tube connections. The operating pressure range of 0.5 to 5 bar and temperature range of 0 to 60°C make it suitable for various applications. A rotatable needle with a locknut allows for easy adjustment of the flow rate by altering the orifice size. Turn the needle clockwise to reduce flow and counterclockwise to increase it, ensuring smooth flow adjustment without sudden actuator movements. Note that excessive torque should be avoided to prevent deformation of the resin valve seat and potential changes in flow characteristics.
