This one-directional pneumatic flow control valve unites needle valve and orifice check valve functionalities, enabling adjustable air flow regulation and unidirectional flow. Its 1/4 inch push-in fittings facilitate tubing connections, employing stainless steel claws for secure hold. Operating within a pressure range of 0.5 to 10 bar and a temperature range of 0 to 60°C, this valve is suitable for various applications. The rotatable needle, secured by a locknut, adjusts orifice size and flow rate. Adjust clockwise to reduce flow and counterclockwise to increase it. Begin adjustments from a fully closed state to prevent sudden actuator movements. Avoid excessive torque during needle adjustment to maintain flow characteristics. Available in the United Kingdom.
