This pneumatic flow control valve allows precise, one-directional regulation of airflow. It combines a needle valve for flow adjustment and an orifice check valve to ensure unidirectional flow. The push-in fittings simplify tubing connections, securely fastening with stainless steel claws. Operating within 0.5 to 10 bar pressure and 0 to 60°C temperature range, this valve features NBR seals for durability. Its rotatable needle lets you modify orifice size by turning clockwise to decrease or counterclockwise to increase flow. Adjust from fully closed to avoid sudden actuator movement. Avoid excessive torque while adjusting to prevent altered flow characteristics due to potential resin valve seat deformation. This product is available in the United Kingdom.
