This pneumatic flow control valve is a union-style device that combines a needle valve for adjustable air flow control and an orifice check valve for unidirectional metering. Its push-in fittings (8 mm on both sides) allow for easy tubing connection. The operating pressure range is 0.5 to 10 bar (7.25 to 145 psi), and NBR seals ensure suitability for temperatures between 0 and 60°C (32 to 140 °F). Flow rate adjustment is achieved by rotating the needle to change the orifice size, which is lockable with a nut. To avoid sudden actuator movements, start from a fully closed state when adjusting flow rate. Excessive torque should be avoided during needle adjustment to prevent deformation of the resin valve seat and altered flow characteristics.
