This meter-in rotatable pneumatic flow control valve offers airflow adjustment in one direction only. Combining a needle valve and orifice check valve, it allows for flow rate control via a rotatable needle, while the orifice check valve ensures unidirectional flow. Its construction features a 1/4-inch push-in fitting and a R 1/8-inch male threaded port, providing easy tubing connection and flow metering from the push-in port to the threaded port. Operating within a pressure range of 1 to 9 bar (14.5 to 130.5 psi) and a temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F), it utilizes NBR seals for suitability in various applications. Adjustment of the flow rate involves rotating the needle clockwise to decrease and counterclockwise to increase the orifice size. Available in the United Kingdom, this valve is ideal for precise airflow control in pneumatic systems.
