Pisco JSS1-8-M5AM5 - 1/8" Meter-Out Rotatable Flow Control Valve

This pneumatic flow control valve ensures precise, unidirectional air flow adjustment. It combines a needle valve for flow rate control with an orifice check valve for one-way flow metering. The meter-out design controls the flow from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting. The valve features a rotatable 1/8" push-in fitting on one end and an M5x0.8 male threaded port on the other. The push-in fitting simplifies tubing connection. Operating pressure ranges from 1 to 9 bar, while NBR seals enable operation within 0 to 60°C. A rotatable needle adjusts the orifice size, determining the flow rate, and is secured by a locknut. Adjustments should start from the fully closed state to prevent sudden actuator movement. Excessive needle torque should be avoided to maintain flow rate accuracy.
