Pisco JSS10-02AR1/4" - 10mm Meter-Out Rotatable Flow Control Valve

This rotatable pneumatic flow control valve regulates air flow in one direction by combining a needle valve and orifice check valve. The needle valve adjusts flow rate, while the orifice check valve ensures unidirectional flow. The meter-out configuration regulates flow from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting port. It features a 10 mm push-in fitting for easy tubing connection and a R 1/4 inch male threaded port. The operating pressure range is 1 to 9 bar (14.5 to 130.5 psi), and NBR seals ensure suitability for temperatures between 0 and 60°C (32 to 140 °F). A rotatable needle with locknut allows for flow rate adjustment. Rotate it clockwise to reduce flow and counterclockwise to increase flow. Adjust the needle from the fully closed position to avoid sudden actuator movement. Avoid overtightening the needle, as this can alter flow characteristics due to deformation of the resin valve seat.
