This versatile pneumatic flow control valve precisely regulates air flow in one direction. Combining a needle valve and orifice check valve, it offers adjustable flow control. The meter-in configuration allows control of flow from the push-in fitting port to the male threaded port. Its rotatable 3 mm push-in fitting simplifies tubing connection, while the M5x0.8 male threaded port provides secure installation. With an operating pressure range of 0.5 to 5 bar, this valve withstands temperatures from 0 to 60°C. NBR seals ensure reliability. The rotatable needle enables precise flow rate adjustment, secured by a locknut. Adjustments should start from a fully closed state and avoid excessive torque, as it may alter flow characteristics. This valve is available in the United Kingdom and meets various industrial application requirements.
