This pneumatic flow control valve regulates the airflow in one direction. It combines a needle valve for flow rate adjustment and an orifice check valve for unidirectional airflow. The meter-out design controls the flow from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting port. It features a 4mm rotatable push-in fitting and an R 1/8 inch male threaded port, allowing easy tubing connection. The operating pressure ranges from 0.5 to 5 bar (7.25 to 72.5 psi), and the NBR seals ensure suitability from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F) without freezing. A rotatable needle adjusts the orifice size, with a locknut for secure positioning. Adjust the needle clockwise to reduce flow and counterclockwise to increase it, starting from a fully closed state to prevent sudden actuator movement. Available in the United Kingdom, this valve prevents resin valve seat deformation by avoiding excessive torque during needle adjustment.
