Pisco JSS4-01B4mm - R1/8" Meter-In Rotatable Flow Control Valve

This pneumatic flow control valve precisely regulates airflow in one direction. Combining a needle valve and orifice check valve, it offers adjustable flow rates. The meter-in configuration controls airflow from the 4mm push-in fitting to the R 1/8" male threaded port. The push-in fitting effortlessly connects tubing with steel claws. Operating from 14.5 to 130.5 psi and within a temperature range of 32 to 140°F, this valve is ideal for various applications. Adjust the flow rate using the rotatable needle, securing it with a locknut. Incrementally increase or decrease the orifice size by turning the needle counterclockwise or clockwise, respectively. Start with the fully closed position to prevent sudden actuator movements. Avoid excessive torque during adjustment to maintain optimal flow characteristics.
