This multi-purpose pneumatic flow control valve from our UK store offers precise airflow control in one direction. Combining a needle valve and an orifice check valve, it regulates flow rate through the needle valve and ensures unidirectional flow via the orifice check valve. The meter-out design controls airflow from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting, which is rotatable for easy connection. Its operating pressure range extends from 0.5 to 5 bar, and NBR seals enable usage within 0 to 60°C. A rotatable needle is provided to adjust the orifice size for flow rate control, secured by a locknut. Rotate the needle clockwise to decrease or counterclockwise to increase the orifice size. Start with the valve fully closed for gradual adjustment and avoid excessive torque to preserve flow characteristics.
