This meter-in rotatable pneumatic flow control valve allows adjustable, directional air flow. Combining a needle valve and an orifice check valve, it regulates flow with the needle valve and ensures unidirectional flow with the check valve. The meter-in configuration affects flow from the push-in fitting to the male threaded port. Featuring a 4mm rotatable push-in fitting and M5x0.8 male threaded port, it simplifies tubing connections. The NBR seals function within temperatures of 0-60°C (32-140 °F). Operating pressure ranges from 0.5 to 5 bar (7.25 to 72.5 psi). Adjust flow rates by rotating the needle clockwise to reduce or counterclockwise to increase the orifice size, securing with a locknut. Begin adjustments from a fully closed state to prevent sudden actuator movement. Avoid excessive torque when turning the needle to preserve flow characteristics.
