This pneumatic flow control valve precisely regulates airflow in one direction, combining a needle valve with an orifice check valve. Its needle valve adjusts flow rate, while the orifice check valve ensures unidirectional flow. The valve's "meter-in" configuration controls flow from the push-in fitting port to the male threaded port. It features a rotatable 5/16" push-in fitting for effortless tubing connection and a R 1/8" male threaded port. The operating pressure ranges from 0.5 to 5 bar (7.25 to 72.5 psi), suitable for temperatures between 0 and 60°C (32 to 140 °F). Adjust the flow rate using the rotatable needle, tightening it with a locknut. Rotate clockwise to decrease flow, counterclockwise to increase it. Begin adjustments from the fully closed position to prevent sudden actuator movement. Avoid excessive torque when turning the needle to maintain consistent flow characteristics.
