The needle valve features a 6 mm push-in fitting on one end and a R 1/8 inch male threaded port on the other, allowing for effortless connection with tubing. The push-in fitting employs stainless steel claws to securely hold the tube in place. The flow rate is controlled by adjusting the orifice size using a rotatable needle, secured with a locknut. Clockwise rotation reduces the orifice size, while counterclockwise rotation increases it. The operating pressure ranges from 0.5 to 5 bar (7.25 to 72.5 psi), with NBR seals ensuring suitability for temperatures ranging from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). This meter-out rotatable pneumatic flow control valve is available in the United Kingdom and combines the functions of a needle valve and an orifice check valve.
