This meter-in pneumatic rotatable valve controls airflow unidirectionally. Combining a needle valve and an orifice check valve, it offers both flow adjustment and one-way flow control. The valve features a 6 mm push-in fitting and a R 1/4 inch male threaded port, providing convenient tubing connection. Flow is metered from the push-in fitting port to the threaded port. The adjustable orifice size determines the flow rate, modified by rotating the needle clockwise or counterclockwise. Proper adjustment starts with a fully closed state to prevent sudden actuator movement. With an operating pressure range of 0.5 to 5 bar and NBR seals, the valve is suitable for applications between 0 and 60°C. Available in the United Kingdom, it is a reliable solution for precise airflow control.
