This adjustable pneumatic flow control valve combines a needle valve and a check valve to precisely regulate air flow in one direction only. Meter-in configuration ensures flow control from the push-in fitting port to the male threaded port. Its rotatable 8mm push-in fitting simplifies tubing connection, while the stainless steel claws secure it firmly. The R 1/8 inch male threaded port offers easy installation. With an operating pressure range of 1 to 9 bar and NBR seals, it is suitable for temperatures from 0 to 60°C. Adjust flow rate by rotating the needle, and lock it with the locknut. Start from the fully closed position to avoid sudden actuator movement. Excessive torque on the needle should be avoided to preserve optimal flow characteristics.
