Contact information

Our products are sourced directly from manufacturers and lead times vary by item. Estimated dispatch times are shown on each product page and represent working days from order confirmation.

Standard stock items typically dispatch within 2–5 working days. Specialist, custom, or non-stocked items may carry longer lead times as detailed on the product listing.

Lead times are estimates and may be subject to change due to supplier availability or demand. We will contact you promptly if any item in your order is subject to a significant delay.

By proceeding to checkout, you confirm that you have reviewed and accept the lead times for all items currently in your cart.
