Its 0.5 bar cracking pressure initiates flow when the pressure exceeds this value. The meter-out design controls flow from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting. It incorporates an 8 mm push-in fitting for effortless tubing connection, utilizing stainless steel claws for a secure hold.
