This elbow pneumatic needle valve from Pisco is ideal for controlling airflow by throttling or completely opening and closing. The push-in fitting on one end and the R 1/4 inch male threaded port on the other end provide secure connections. The push-in fitting simplifies tubing installation, utilizing stainless steel claws to firmly secure tubing in place. This valve can withstand operating pressures up to 9 bar and vacuum pressures as low as -1 bar. NBR seals ensure compatibility in environments with temperatures ranging from 0 to 60°C. To modify the flow rate, rotate the needle and secure it with the locknut. Increase flow rate by turning the needle counterclockwise and decrease flow rate by turning it clockwise. Start from a fully closed position when adjusting flow rate to prevent abrupt actuator movements. Excessive torque when turning the needle should be avoided, as it could potentially alter valve seat characteristics and affect flow. This product is available in the United Kingdom.
