This clean-room packaging pneumatic needle valve regulates air flow and opens/closes using a rotating needle. It connects easily with push-in fittings and threaded ports. The valve has NBR seals, is vacuum-rated to -1 bar (-14.5 psi), and operates up to 9 bar (130.5 psi). The needle adjusts the orifice size, determining flow rate, and locks in place with a locknut. The clockwise rotation reduces flow, while counterclockwise increases it. To avoid actuator movement, start adjustments from fully closed. Excessive torque during adjustment can alter flow characteristics due to valve seat deformation. This product is available in the United Kingdom.
