This pneumatic needle valve provides air flow throttling and open/close control. It features a 5/16-inch push-in fitting and an R 1/4-inch male threaded port, ensuring easy connection. The push-in fitting secures tubing using durable stainless steel claws. Suitable for pressures up to 9 bar and vacuum applications down to -1 bar, it operates within a temperature range of 32 to 140 °F. Its NBR seals prevent freezing. The rotatable needle adjusts the orifice size to control flow rate, which is secured by a locknut. Rotate the needle clockwise to reduce and counterclockwise to increase flow. Start with the valve fully closed to prevent sudden actuator movement. Excessive torque should be avoided to maintain flow characteristics.
